Simon Bolduc specializes in structuring complex commercial real estate financing transactions across all asset classes, including conventional financing, CMHC-insured financing, uninsured construction financing, mezzanine financing, and bridge loans. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, he advises developers, real estate investors, investment funds, financial institutions, and other institutional clients throughout Quebec. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bolduc has contributed to financing transactions totaling more than $7 billion and investment transactions exceeding $10 billion across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Prior to rejoining CMLS, Mr. Bolduc served as Vice President with the Debt & Structured Finance team at CBRE Capital. Previously, he held leadership positions with one of Quebec's largest real estate investment trusts. Mr. Bolduc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Urban and Real Estate Management, from Université Laval, and is a Chartered Appraiser (C.App.).
Eduardo Davalos specializes in structuring complex commercial real estate debt solutions across all asset classes, including conventional financing, CMHC-insured and uninsured construction financing, mezzanine financing, and bridge financing. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, he advises investors, developers, investment funds, and financial institutions on residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Quebec. Over the course of his career, Mr. Davalos has contributed to financing transactions totaling more than $7 billion and investment transactions exceeding $10 billion, including the $5.7 billion acquisition of Cominar REIT, one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Canada's history.
Prior to rejoining CMLS, Mr. Davalos served with the Debt & Structured Finance team at CBRE Capital. Previously, he held strategic positions with one of Quebec's largest real estate investment trusts.
Mr. Davalos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Certificate in Urban and Real Estate Management from Université Laval.
